I'm looking for a source for metal hubs to fit either 1/32 or 1/8 inch axles. Want i want to do is mount 1 inch or 1 1/8 inch tall, silicone or urethane drag racing tires onto these hubs, so I can get rubber on my chassis and finish the cars.
So are there sources for new, bare hubs or old bare hubs?

I have found Electric Dreams to be a very good source for vintage, new and repro 1/24th parts. Also EJ's Hobbies.

Professor Motor also has repro Russkit rims in 3 different widths. Used these on a vintage proxy car earlier this year.
