Hey, thanks for these, I just placed an order for 4 of them...I have some dune buggies and this would be a nice swap to do to stick with the original chassis.

Hmmmm - I just thought of something! These adapters may also work as a great fix for the couple older Eldon shells, that don't have the separate chassis - but rather, have the set up where the motor snaps into the body like this:

Somewhere in one of the boxes, I have a couple indy bodies like that where at least one of the ears is snapped off. It should be possible to simply glue the adapter in and then snap the motor into it I would think?

Now to find those bodies and wait for my adapters to get here! :D

Thanks, I will post a pic of my dune buggies with them installed. I now realize that the old Eldon motors were expecting 3.5v DC coming from the stock transformer. No wonder in the past I thought the original Eldon motors were too fast on my routed track when running 10V DC. Now I know. It will be good to put a normal Fly motor in there and run them under proper power.

If the transformer was 6volt and had any kind of delivery at all the cars shoulda seen near that wouldn't they?
