WHAT!?! No 6 wheelers? Are they stashed too far up on the shelves for the recovering arm and shoulder?

For those who don't know, David and I are crazy for the Elf/Terrell P34 Six Wheelers from the early rule change tango days in Formula One. We have bid against each other for slot cars of this unique wonder from vintage days.

I think he's got me by two, but I'm not sure. One of mine is only barely a slot car. Wildly out of scale and proportion, etc. I forgot which obscure manufacturer made it. Maybe Policar?

I've got 5 - a Polistil, 2 Scalextric 6-wheeled March cars, 2 SCX/Scalextric P34s, and a TOMY AFX version.

That's it- Polistil. That's 6, btw, not 5, by my count. I don't have the luxury of not counting the goofy Polistil.

And he's got me by 3. Grrrr.

These are great looking cars. I love old f1 cars. I have several of the old SCX including 1 six wheeler. Jim

Glad you guys like these. I really love this era.

I'm about to order some tires from Paul for the Scaly GP cars and that will really put them on par with these. Of course, I'll have to wait until I have two arms to do anything with them...

As for the 6-wheeled cars -I grew up in Europe and saw these things first hand. Lovely triumphs of technology!
