Real typical build from late 60's, floppy side pans, still has a drop arm. within a couple years they were making frames way more complicated than this. Probably was a screamer and had a nothing body on it. Not much scale but fast. Way beyond my capabilities. You should see some of the stuff guys solder together for 1/24. The frames are made up of 10-15 pieces all soldered together and allowing movement in all directions. I'll post apicture next time one of the guy that commercial race show a frame project.
