The show I'm preparing for is in Canton Michigan on the 18th, a small show held twice a year in the Detroit area. It's maybe just shy of 20 tables but I would say provides a good mix of scales and of both vintage and current items.

I think I'm Mako'd out for the swap meet! All are 1/24 scale MPC rtr's, cleaned and returned to 100% original.

I've sold all of the really good pieces already so it's not that hard to part with stuff anymore. I believe I've sold 300+ vintage cars and kits in the last several years, probably 150 or so yet to go plus parts & accessories. I'm keeping my 1/32 cars both vintage & current, but I will probably end up keeping a fleet of about 20 1/24 vintage cars around too.

Here's another 1/24 MPC car I finished up this week, a gold Manta Ray.

Man I have been thinking about picking up a Mako model kit and turning it into a slot car. Love the gold Vette in the first post, nice job!

My photos are beginning to disappear, sorry about that. I was posting images using Facebook but I've deleted my account so the photos aren't showing in my posts any longer. On a positive note, they are going away quicker than I thought they would. ;) There is a nice 1/32 Mako Shark model kit out there, first done by Aurora and later Monogram.

Daedalian Waxworks has a resin pop of the 1/32nd Mako Shark body. Back in the day I replaced the body of my MPC car with the Lancer version.
