Now that is a car report.
Well done. I'll put this in the archives ASAP.
Thanks for taking the time to share it here.

Outstanding review and the first I've read on this car yet! While I get the draw folks have to the car (and I LOVE it in the movies) I only do race cars and was skipping this release. I do hope that for everyone that wanted one they do a later run as you mentioned - Scalextric seems to do that (Lotus 49 anyone?) regularly.
I was MOST interested in the chassis and am glad you tackled that and gave a report on how it runs. I really don't think with the inline it will make much of a difference to the home racer against the sidewinders. I'm of course mostly interested as the Javelin is reportedly going to be configured the same. On a big track, might be another issue but I'll do a full race test when I get that car.
As for the bushings, I've seen this before and do exactly as you recommend: glue them in. I find a good craft glue is sufficient and is easily removed later if needed with simple warm water.
Thanks for the review!
