GEARING HELP

I rushing trying to finish my Drag Fun Run entry and I forgot about gearing. Need help selecting a good ratio for a 1/32 scale on a 55' wood track.

55-feet, for more RPM try 10 pinon with a 60 tooth gear (533) ratio...But need to know your tire size...For more off the line you could try a 9/50

Rick -
With the power level of the motors we are using and the general short height of the 1/32 scale tires, you definitely want to trend toward the taller end of the spectrum in the way of gearing. Last year, the top contenders had gearing that hovered around the 2.5 to 1 ratio.
