Can't believe nobody's tried to help you yet! It's not my main slot thing, but I do have a few 1/24 drag cars that I race every so often. My friends who are really serious about 1/24 drag stuff usually make the wheelie bars out of 1/16" piano wire (steel rod). A few inches long, a 1/16" axle across the back with a pair of aluminum wheels and O-ring tires (they look like high tech HO fronts) mounted is about it. I see them adjusting the height on a set up block with a soldering iron on the 'wheelie' axle.
Someone else out there has got to have the proper specs to help this guy out. How about it, fellow racers? I know there are lots of you "55 footers" out there in cyberspace.

Hope I've helped a little. Happy New Year... Ernie

Hey Gonzo what chassis are you using ?. Anything I've seen on the market have the wheelie bar adjustment desigened in and are adjusted by soldering the axle at your preffered hight.

I build my own frames out of Piano wire .

I'm trying to keep away from the soldering adjustment and shooting for a mechanical one .

Thx
