I've got to learn more about TJets! I only have one, and I can take a nap before it gets to 15'.... You make Drag racing HO's sound exciting.

Unless you're absolutely sure it's the arm, disassemble, clean and reassemble with clean or new motor brushes and give it another shot.
Of course, if the arm checks out bad on the meter, then you're off to a new "crate motor". Have fun! -- Ernie :>)
