Charlestown, NH - Smith Scale Speedway Race Results 09/30

SSS Modifieds - Steve gets his third win of the season. He maintains a 6 point lead over Larry Swift with two races to go.

Islip Classics - The Al D'Angelo tribute car wins it's 6th straight race to remain undefeated and clinch the series championship.

Street - In a strange turn of events, Jeremy Blood wins the first and last races of this series. Adele Smith couldn't get a high enough finish to overcome her points deficit. Megan Blood ran strong and consistent this season, scoring two wins, and winning the first ever Street championship for 2012.

Flemington Modifieds - These vintage racers are becoming very competitive. Steve gets the win over Jeremy Blood to retake the points lead by just one point. Larry Swift is 7 points off of the lead. With two races to go, this is anybody's game.

The next race is on 10/14 and will have 5 races. We'll be running the Modifieds, ARCA, Islip, Midgets, and Late Models.

Thanks Carl. For those that don't know, the car body was a gift from Carl. He did the paint job. It was nice running a car that looks that good. For the last two races, I'm going to retire the A car and run the X-3, also painted by Carl. Adele has been running but wants me to try to get it into the winner's circle.
