My four lane dirt oval - Palm Coast Speedway is nearing completion. Close enough to start posting a couple pictures.
Here are some of the cars that will be competing in the SRP Dirt Late Model Series.
Rumors are swirling that Palm Coast will soon be announcing a sprint car series as part of their regular line up.
Harry, I'll be putting together the information and submitting it for readers roads soon.
One more shot - under the lights.

I like the contrast of the light and dark browns right at the edge of the guide slots vs. on the shoulders. Adds a nice touch. Up in Pennsylvania they call the mud clods thrown off by the cars “goomies”. Watch out. Drive carefully or there will be a bunch of mud splatter on your turn walls.

I've got to figure out different picture hosting. Sorry about that.
About the mud splatter on the walls... I'm planning to add that. Then with white diagonal stripes where they've scraped it off with a shovel!

You could just post a link to your Photobucket album until you find an alternate way to post pictures. I use Flickr and Imgur.

Is there some reason guys don't want to click on "reply" below and then click on "add attachments"? That is the easiest way to put pictures in your post.

I adjusted the first post with the pictures from a different hosting service. Using DropShots.com which I saw recommended here.

The track looks great! Do you have any pictures posted anywhere with the chassis of the dirt late model cars? If you do, I would like to see them.
Best regards,
Brian

Your track looks great! My HO track also has the lights in the infield. Years ago Thompson Raceway usually ran on Sunday afternoons and the track only had lights for a midget track in the infield. When they decided to switch to night racing the infield lights were re-purposed. One night a spinning car hit one of the light poles and snapped it off. The track photographer managed to catch the action with the pole still in the air.

The lights in the infield seems to work better. At first I tried putting them on the outside in the corners, and it didn't really light the cars well. You saw them mostly in shadow against a bright background. This way, the lights dance off the cars like they do at a real dirt track.
