Strangebrew Visit - Shakedown and Dedication

Postby HomeRacingWorld » Mon Jan 09, 2017 4:01 pm

Had a nice visit to day from the great Strangebrew. He brought along his gaggle of cars for the upcoming race and we had a fun time shaking them down and doing some last minute adjustments.

His Sportsman entry using my casting. Boy, he has the colors just right :) it's a bad mamma jamma on the track too, look out boys.

As you can see, we had quite a few cars to test. Crockett's Camaro is a FAST mover with BDSHARP's Mopar right in the thick of it. We had some HOT laps with KySlotRacers cars, once we stopped looking at them that is :)
Plus plenty of Brew's modifieds to test.

Brew working on the Retro Racer 44 mod. We had to get it right. And he did.

As most of you know, Brew builds and creates a lot of cars. This is his new revised resin chassis under a late model. Man, it works!

The Retro Racer 44 car out front where it belongs. A great dedication car and I doubt any mod will beat it come race day :auto-checkeredflag:

Thanks Strangebrew for making the trip. It was a fine way to spend a Monday.

Looks like fun.

What is wrong with that workbench? It is far too neat and tidy.

It's a mess actually. I quick cleaned it so Brew could get some work done. :P
