We almost lost them a few years back, when an earthquake seriously threatened to toss the whole mountain, vineyard and all, into the ocean. I can't imagine the terror of grading with a bulldozer on a terrance on the side of a mountain, and feeling a major earthquake rumble up under you.

I got the body from Patto, and I am ready to build my own antique. But since the temperature in my slot car area is 18F!!! I'll have to postpone the work for now.

Update: I sold all of my HO stuff- over 700 cars, hundred's of chassis, track, etc.
Since then my 1/32 stock has increased to 1200+, but a much greater percentage of them are scratchbuilt now.
