Re: US420 3x7 apartment tester....

I see it now. What is the specific nature of this silicone base? Is it a 4x8 sheet? How thick? Did you rout it?

Re: Maybe you noticed...

When I was a boy, there were races at the former Air Force Base at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, connected in some way to the State Fair. It was sports cars (daily drivers), mostly British, so Jaguar XK120 was pretty much king.

Re: Making inline motor brackets

Dennis, the bench mount came today, and it limits the movement of the punch slightly when the punch punches. It looks like I can compensate for it by adjusting the receiver higher. The only other solution I can find is to file down the spine on the frame a little to receive the clamp. Does that weak...

Re: 1946 Chevy Fleetline Kustom

Great job, Greg! The color choice is period correct, too. There weren't many of the Dreyfus-inspired GM cars in my town, and I used to drool over them in magazines and color brochures from the dealerships. There was a Cadillac Fleetside Sedan, a Buick Fleetside Sedanette and Sedanette Station Wagon ...

You're a slippery dude, Jon. Now I understand how you got that giant Carrera track... What did you tell her that was for?

Re: Cars for sale CHEAP Updates 6/30/17

Not me. I wrote a PM on the 7th. It still hasn't been picked up, and the last time I heard from him was to get my address, and that was the 28th. I sent the money on the 24th, and it was out of my account on the 26th. The thing is, "urban warrior" sounds like a cop to me, and that is by de...

Re: HRW Members Map

Welcome, old boys! There's a bunch of us original slot car guys on HRW. I go back to 1962, Aurora HO. Some of the HO I sold last year was from that first Sterling Moss figure 8 that freed me from vibrator insanity.
