Re: Slot Car Corner '73 IROC Proxy - Builds & Usual Chatter

Rusty -
Sorry to hear that you have lost some interest, hopefully it is a temporary thing as would be unfortunate to see you leave the hobby.

Re: Slot Car Corner '73 IROC Proxy - Builds & Usual Chatter

Re: Slot Car Corner '73 IROC Proxy - Builds & Usual Chatter

turbokev - Thanks for the compliment!
The paint flowed out NICE!
I did take a peek at it this morning and thankfully, it looks just as nice this morning as it did last night. :D
Hopefully it will be cured enough by tonight to start on putting decals!

Re: GM and Carrera news!

If I can put something on the "wish list" - mid 80's G-bodies! Lot of NASCAR liveries along with the street versions (Grand National, Monte SS, 442, Grand Prix). Even if only one body style were produced to start (Buick would most likely be the most popular for early 80's, Chevy for mid to...

Re: 32 Roadster body, and vintage typhoon

Those are definitely some cool bodies!

Would be cool to see a proxy based on the bike/side car units!

Re: A digital proxy?

I am interested still - but would request, for those of us that don't have digital, that for simplicity and cost savings sake, that we stick with Carrera cars. I think it could make for a lot of fun (based on how competitive the analog versions run) and from my standpoint, the more tracks, regardles...
