Yes, 9. Just used what I already have on the bench. Which is the idea sor of. I batch order gears and such and have no real reason to mess with gearing changes. I have other gears to experiment once in awhile, but usually stay 9/27. So a bin full of gears will work on either scale. Yes Dave...please...

Sure, very slight. But not enough to really give them that much character to me. I like the SCX NASCARs a great deal. But in battle on the oval they don't have the identity the classics do. If I could wave a magic wand, I would definitely have a 56 Ford for that Chevy. Or a new series of 80s NASCAR....

Thank you sir. The car has so much history that hill climb or not, it's just a must have in the fleet.

And appreciate this car and the continuing efforts.

This weekend's race will be chock full of Carrera NASCARS and hope to have this one tuned for the fun.
