TGIF - Race Time

FINALLY! In the new house, albeit it looks like a work zone. After doing a spectacular job on cleaning and preparing the old house for the new owner to move into, the previous owner of this house chose to not get out on time, leave me a garage bay full of crap, and neglect to do any cleaning when he...

Re: Fake News: Tornadoes tear through the PDR

Dave, Will the trackside figures be housed in FEMA trailers in the meantime? Has PDR applied for federal funds and declared a state of emergency? I would only build Continental Divide at the place that gives the highest tax abatements and other "incentives" (including back room kickbacks ...

Fake News: Tornadoes tear through the PDR

Dave, It pains me to see that the track is no more. I really liked running on it. Is nothing salvageable from it to be used again in the new digs? Mark David Three letters O M G! :o That is/was a fabulous track!!!! Best of luck on the new iteration! Aloha Dale Heartbreaking Dave...I'm betting the n...

Re: Fake News: Tornadoes tear through the PDR

Matt - actually further away lol! Harry - that is a deal! Well, the PDR shall be no more as it once was. She didn't want to come apart nicely and the Durhams worked as advertised. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170226/667f2edfa635106c556ccf0a60d96b81.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170226...

Fake News: Tornadoes tear through the PDR

Planning is always part of the fun.

Re: Fake News: Tornadoes tear through the PDR

Paul - I got out just in time lol!

Matt - We are actually moving back to the Palmer Divide area in Monument. Long story.

However, either this or a new track will emerge from the dust over the summer once the house is sorted.

Re: TGIF! Any fun plans?

Well its been a rough couple of months for me since getting the news that I had Prostate cancer. After being down in the dumps, being poked, prodded, shot, and scanned they came back and said it was a Gleason 6 rating which is the extreme early stage. Thanks to telephone call with fellow slot exper...

Re: TransAm Proxy - Round #2 The River Run

Without seeing the box it is probably due to a few of the cars packages, but everything was secured when it left.
